All the participants sat on the ground, covered their ears, closed their eyes and remained silent for about 3 hours. During the demonstration, some students and pedestrians joined in after they understood what the crowd was there for. The police said over 5000 people were involved in the demonstration.
"I just want to devote myself to fight for homosexualities rights, as it is significant, "said Chan, a student participating in this demonstration. "Every small effort from all people around the world can make a radical change to the world. We should always stand up for world peace."
