It's a pleasure for me to have a chance to make a short speech today.The theme of the speech is about some serious problems I noticed recently,which is dangerous to all of us.
The first issue is some of us often fall asleep on the class.I have asked those who fall asleep why they do that and the answer is they often stay up to study while having no rest during the day.It is important to us to study hard,but having a healthy body is the first step of studying.If we lose the health,studying is useless to us.
Second,some students never eat breakfast.This is an unhealthy habit.Never eating breakfast leads to some bad results.So a healthy eating habit is necessary to us.
I hope you can change your bad habit,which turns out to study better and have a healthy body.Wish you success.
