During my summer holiday in 2003 I found a part-time job as a cleaner in KFC I did not realize that it was not an easy job before I didit I had to work seven hours a day which would last three weeks The job was tiring and boring because I had to get up early and t to bed late Every day I had to repeat the same work which nearly made me mad I almost gave it up but finally I sticked it out until thenew semester began The experience taught me a lesson that there is no free lunch I have to work hard to get what I want So the experience is very meaningful and I know the value of labour 2003年暑假期间，我在KFC找到了一份保洁员的兼职工作。在做这份工作之前，我根本没认识到这份工作的艰辛。每天我要工作七个小时，为期三周。
这份工作辛苦而且枯燥，因为我不得不早起晚睡。每天我都重复着同样的工作，这样的生活使我快要发疯了。我差点就要放弃了，但是最终我坚持下来了，直到新学期开学。

每天，我必须工作7个小时，总共三个星期。这项工作既辛苦又枯燥，它如此无味以致于我想放弃，但这时我想起了一句谚语“有志者，事竟成。”“不要轻言放弃。
”我告诫自己。最后，在新学期开始之前，我完成了这项工作。正如一句谚语所说“不劳不获”。
现在我明白了劳动的价值所在。
