　　由于X总和公司对我的信任，使我得以加入公司，原本是期待全力以赴和公司一起成长、发展，可长久以来工作上的毫无成就感让自己很彷徨，否定自己很痛苦，但总是要面对现实，自己的兴趣是什么，自已适合做什么，这些问题一直让我很沮丧，也让我萌发了辞职的念头。今年妈妈身体明显不好，一再生病住院，我希望通过换个环境，能够照顾到家人，有更多的时间和家人在一起，这些最终让我确定了辞职的念头。

　　在公司的这段时间我得到了很多的机会和挑战，在专业和管理领域上都学到了很多，也积累了一定的经验，对此我非常感谢！在公司工作的日子是我一生中宝贵的经验财富！

　　而由此为公司造成的不便，真的很抱歉。同时也希望公司和领导能体恤我的个人实际情况，对我的辞职申请予以批准。
