  广州是美食的天堂,是岭南美食的故乡。广州人对吃非常讲究,要吃得开心,吃得健康。广州人采用养生的吃法,吃一顿美味的正餐大约耗时1.5小时。饭前首先要喝汤,为了帮助肠胃吸收营养。老火汤又称广府汤,即广府人传承数千年的食补养生秘方,慢火煲煮的中华老火靓汤,火候足,时间长,既取药补之效,又取入口之甘甜。接着,就是进入正餐的时间。广州菜取料广泛,烹调方法多样,品种花样繁多,令人眼花缭乱,例如,白切鸡,焖排骨,等等。口味比较清淡,随着时节的变化而变化。饭后甜品也是比不可少的。广州人很喜欢一家人聚在一起吃晚餐的,因为他们觉得这是一件很幸福美满的事。

Usually we use meat such asbeef or mutton and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling.Youmay actually choose whatever you like to put into it. we must chop those thingsinto small pieces.Then put some salt oil and other condiments into it and stirit evenly. When all these preparations are done we can start making dumplings.First put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Then stick the twoopposite sides together and then the rest. Don' t just cover the filling withthe wrappers. The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship because when theyare boiling in the pan they look like ships sailing in the sea. The smell canmake your mouth water.
