本实习课程乃建构於学生,实习机构与学校三方面的合作关系,各方皆有其应尽之责任,义务与功能,方能达成各方预期之目标,於此证明书签署后,若任何一方未经其他两方同意,不得擅自更改契约内容,否则本实习课程将视同无效.
